My Petcious is a one-stop online store for pet supplies & veterinary care, from prescription diets, supplements, and accessories to veterinary services and educational content, all carefully selected to ensure safety, quality, and optimal pet health.

About this Project
We started this journey with My Petcious to build the definitive online destination for pet wellness, merging expert veterinary care with high-quality supplies. The brand, led by a passionate team of vet professionals, needed an identity that could seamlessly bridge clinical trust with emotional warmth. Our core mission was to go beyond simple aesthetics; we aimed to architect a complete brand system—from strategy to visual execution—to ensure a cohesive, memorable, and engaging experience across every touchpoint, from prescription diets to social media platforms.
Strategic Clarity
The project began with a tailored branding workshop, which was crucial for establishing the brand's foundation. Through this deep dive, we clarified My Petcious's mission, unique value proposition, and competitive market positioning. We collectively identified the need to balance "professional veterinary rigor" with "approachable pet affection." This process led us to the core Brand Thesis of Empathetic Expertise, guaranteeing that every subsequent design choice, from color palette to logo structure, was strategically aligned with their commitment to safety and optimal pet health.
Visual Execution
We crafted the visual identity to embody this essential duality. The logomark features playful cat and dog silhouettes, integrating a subtle "+" star shape to confidently signal veterinary expertise. We chose a custom serif typeface with rounded strokes and unique letter tails to enhance charm and personality. Hunter Green was selected as the calming primary color, complemented by light blue and orange accents, colors often used in clinical settings, to reinforce care and professionalism. This resulting system successfully merges an elegant aesthetic with an authentically pet-friendly character.
System Deployment
Beyond the main assets, we developed a dynamic design ecosystem. Custom illustrations, gentle curve line graphics, and comprehensive iconography were created to enrich the brand’s personality across packaging, website UI, and presentations. To ensure flawless execution and consistency, we provided detailed guidelines and useful mockups, including website and social media templates. This established a clear creative roadmap, ensuring that the My Petcious brand speaks with a unified, sophisticated, and trusted voice across all platforms.

The success of this project lies in empowering the My Petcious team to own their dual narrative. By grounding every visual element in strategic purpose, we transformed their comprehensive offering into a singular, cohesive, and trusted brand experience.
